Copyright and Reports

This page describes the information that helps identify and assess a report. It does not claim that submitting a web form alone satisfies every country’s statutory notice requirements.

Purpose of this page

Luako respects intellectual-property rights and provides a way to report suspected copyright infringement and other potentially unlawful content. This page describes the information that helps identify and assess a report. It does not claim that submitting a web form alone satisfies every country’s statutory notice requirements.

Rights in anime and artwork

Characters, anime titles, illustrations, logos and other third-party works belong to their respective rights holders. Descriptive references on Luako do not imply an official partnership or grant permission to copy or sell a work. A rights holder or authorized representative may report a specific disputed item.

How to submit a report

To report a specific illustration, character page, uploaded item or other content, open the Luako Feedback page and submit a message. Include the exact URL, identify the material and explain whether your concern involves copyright, privacy, impersonation or another right. If you act for a rights holder, state your relationship to that person or organization and provide a suitable method for receiving a reply. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal information. This is the site’s general reporting route and does not claim to be a separately registered DMCA agent.

Information for a copyright notice

To report suspected infringement, identify the copyrighted work, the exact Luako URL of the material in question, your relationship to the rights holder, a way to contact you and why you believe the use is unauthorized. If acting for an owner, explain your authority. A formal notice under a particular law may also require a signature and specific declarations of accuracy or good faith. Luako Feedback accepts initial reports and supporting details; it is not represented as a registered U.S. DMCA designated-agent address or as a replacement for any legally required notice channel.

Mistakes and counter-notices

If material you control was restricted and you believe the decision was mistaken or your use was lawful, explain the concern through Feedback and identify the affected URL. A legally valid counter-notice may require additional specific information and a designated channel under the law that applies. Do not send knowingly false statements or impersonate a creator.

False and abusive reports

Submit reports in good faith. Knowingly misleading allegations, fabricated ownership claims and harassment through repeated false notices may have legal consequences. Legitimate criticism, fair use or other applicable exceptions should be evaluated under the relevant law rather than dismissed automatically.

Other unlawful content and urgent concerns

Report suspected exploitation, exposure of private information, impersonation, threats or other illegal content through Feedback, identifying the exact page and explaining the concern. Where the law gives you additional notice, appeal or review rights, those rights remain available under the applicable legal procedure. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate local authorities. For any question, personal-data request, copyright or other rights report, appeal, account issue or payment inquiry, use the Feedback page on Luako. Describe the issue and provide the relevant URL or transaction reference; if you need a reply and your account does not provide a reply channel, include a suitable way to contact you. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.
