Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use Luako to commit, encourage or facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, threats, the sale of prohibited goods or deliberate abuse of another person. Do not submit instructions intended to cause real-world harm. Relevant laws and the site’s other policies continue to apply.
Exploitation and harmful content
Do not use chats or uploads to exploit, abuse or endanger anyone, especially children. Do not share private material without consent or distribute unlawful content. Keep Luako suitable for general audiences and report suspected violations through the available reporting channel.
Harassment and abuse
Do not use the platform to threaten, stalk, bully, humiliate or target individuals or groups. Avoid content designed to incite violence or unlawful discrimination. Fictional roleplay is not permission to direct abuse at real people.
Privacy and impersonation
Do not publish someone else’s private information, impersonate another person or pretend to represent a rights holder. Do not upload real-person images or identifiable personal information without an appropriate lawful basis and any necessary permission. Never share credentials, wallet private keys or confidential recovery information.
Security and technical misuse
Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities, bypass authentication, spam requests, overload the service, scrape it abusively or evade usage restrictions. Do not automate accounts or game actions in ways prohibited by the rules displayed for the feature. Responsible security concerns can be reported through Feedback without disclosing exploit details publicly.
Copyright and submitted material
Respect the rights of artists, publishers and other creators. Do not submit or redistribute copyrighted work without authorization or another lawful basis. If you believe content infringes rights or is otherwise unlawful, use the Copyright and Reports process and provide enough detail to locate it.
Reports and enforcement
We may review credible reports and restrict content or access when there is a valid safety, contractual or legal reason. Decisions and remedies must follow applicable law; repeated or serious misuse can lead to stronger restrictions where justified. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact Luako through Feedback and identify the affected material or account. For any question, personal-data request, copyright or other rights report, appeal, account issue or payment inquiry, use the Feedback page on Luako. Describe the issue and provide the relevant URL or transaction reference; if you need a reply and your account does not provide a reply channel, include a suitable way to contact you. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.
